  • Profile information: Business name, activity type, certifications (for Providers)
  • Payment information: Payment details are processed and stored securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers
  • Usage data: Session bookings, interactions with the platform, and device/browser information
  • Communications: Emails and messages exchanged through the platform

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Connect clients with personal trainers
  • Process payments and transfers between users
  • Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, invitation links, payment receipts)
  • Provide AI-powered business insights for Providers
  • Improve our platform and user experience
  • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

  • SendGrid — Email delivery. Used to send transactional emails (invitations, confirmations). See Twilio/SendGrid's Privacy Policy

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest
  • Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
  • PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe (we never handle raw card data)
  • Regular security reviews and access controls

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
