Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 April 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to AISynit (“AISynit”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a software platform designed to support solo professionals and their clients.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AISynit platform, website, and related services made available through aisynit.tech.

By accessing or using AISynit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of AISynit, including:

  • individuals using the platform to book or manage services (“Clients”), and
  • solo professionals using the platform to manage their practice or services (“Providers”).

2. What AISynit Is

AISynit is a software platform that helps Clients and Providers manage bookings, payments, scheduling, records, and related workflows.

AISynit may also provide operational tools, analytics, and AI-powered features intended to support Providers in managing their practice or business.

AISynit is not:

  • a healthcare provider,
  • a physiotherapy provider,
  • a personal training provider,
  • a clinic,
  • an employer of Providers,
  • or a substitute for professional judgment.

Any professional services offered through the platform are provided solely by the relevant Provider, who remains fully responsible for those services.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

To use AISynit, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,
  • all activity under your account, and
  • keeping your information up to date.

Clients must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform.

Provider accounts are available by invitation only and may require the submission of professional information before activation. Providers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to AISynit, including qualifications, certifications, insurance details, and business information, is accurate and up to date.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

  • violate these Terms,
  • contain false or misleading information,
  • are involved in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity,
  • or create risk for the platform or other users.

4. Provider Role and Responsibilities

Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer through AISynit.

By using AISynit as a Provider, you agree that you are responsible for:

  • ensuring that you are legally permitted to offer your services,
  • maintaining any certifications, licences, registrations, or insurance required for your work,
  • ensuring that your profile and qualifications are accurate,
  • delivering services safely, lawfully, and professionally,
  • complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations,
  • and managing your client relationships appropriately.

AISynit may request supporting information from Providers and may remove or restrict Provider access where we believe there is a risk to clients, the platform, or compliance obligations.

5. Client–Provider Relationship

AISynit facilitates connections and workflows between Clients and Providers, but it is not a party to the underlying professional relationship except as the platform operator.

Clients are responsible for deciding whether a Provider is suitable for their needs. Providers are responsible for the services they deliver, the information they provide, and the professional decisions they make.

AISynit does not guarantee:

  • the availability of any Provider,
  • the quality or suitability of any Provider's services,
  • the outcome of any session,
  • or that a Provider is appropriate for any particular Client.

6. Bookings, Payments, and Payouts

AISynit uses third-party payment services, including Stripe, to process payments.

By using paid features on the platform, you agree that:

  • payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorised payment processor,
  • additional third-party terms may apply, including Stripe's terms and policies,
  • and payout timing may depend on the payment processor.

For Clients: When you make a booking through AISynit, you authorise the applicable payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

For Providers: Providers may be required to complete payment onboarding, including Stripe Connect onboarding, before receiving payouts. AISynit may charge a platform fee for transactions processed through the platform. Third-party payment processing fees (such as Stripe's standard processing fees) are applied to transactions processed through the platform and may be deducted from the Provider's payout. During promotional or pilot periods, AISynit may waive or reduce its platform fee. Where that happens, any applicable third-party processing fees may still apply. Payout timing is determined in part by the payment processor and may vary.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

AISynit may provide cancellation and refund rules for bookings made through the platform.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking or in a specific provider policy:

  • clients may cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund,
  • cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial charge or cancellation fee,
  • and if a Provider does not attend a confirmed booking, the Client may be eligible for a full refund.

Where a cancellation results in a refund, third-party payment processing fees incurred on the original transaction may not be refunded by the payment processor. Where applicable under AISynit's cancellation handling, those fees may be recovered from the Provider's cancellation fee or from a future payout, depending on the circumstances of the booking and cancellation.

Where subscriptions or recurring plans are offered, cancellation terms will be displayed at the relevant time.

If a user believes there has been an error, failed service, or payment dispute, they may contact us at hello@aisynit.tech. We will review disputes in good faith and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

AISynit reserves the right to make final operational decisions on platform-based refund handling where appropriate, without affecting any rights users may have under applicable law.

8. Promotional and Pilot Terms

AISynit may offer free access, discounted pricing, reduced platform fees, or pilot periods for selected users or categories of users.

Such offers:

  • may be temporary,
  • may be withdrawn or changed,
  • and may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time.

Where pricing changes are introduced for existing users, AISynit will aim to provide reasonable notice before the changes take effect.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use AISynit for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes,
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or qualifications,
  • interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the platform,
  • scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform beyond what is legally permitted,
  • upload harmful code or malicious content,
  • or use AISynit in a way that could harm other users or the platform.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take action including suspension, removal of content, cancellation of accounts, and cooperation with law enforcement where appropriate.

10. Data, Privacy, and Platform Content

Your use of AISynit is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you upload or enter into the platform is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

Providers are responsible for ensuring that their use of client-related information through AISynit complies with applicable legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.

11. AI Features

AISynit may offer AI-powered features, including business insights, summaries, or operational support tools.

These features are intended to support users and should not be treated as a substitute for:

  • professional judgment,
  • clinical judgment,
  • financial advice,
  • legal advice,
  • or any regulated form of professional advice.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use AI-generated outputs.

AISynit does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.

12. Intellectual Property

AISynit, including its software, design, branding, content, and platform features, is a private product and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of AISynit without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content and information you submit to the platform, subject to the rights needed for AISynit to operate the service.

13. Availability and Changes to the Platform

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of AISynit at any time.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We may modify features, pricing, workflows, or technical requirements where reasonably necessary to operate and improve the platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISynit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the platform.

AISynit's role is limited to providing the software platform and related services. Professional services are provided solely by Providers, and users engage with those services at their own discretion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Termination

You may stop using AISynit at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to AISynit where:

  • you breach these Terms,
  • your use creates legal, operational, or security risk,
  • or we reasonably need to protect the platform or other users.

Termination does not affect any accrued rights, obligations, payment liabilities, or platform records we are required to retain.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will aim to notify users through the platform, by email, or by updating the effective date above.

Continued use of AISynit after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
