Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 February 2026
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Synit ("we", "us", "our"), a fitness services marketplace operated by AISynit. By accessing or using our platform at aisynit.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including clients seeking fitness services and personal trainers ("Providers") offering their services through Synit.
2. Platform Description
Synit is a technology platform that connects clients with certified personal trainers and fitness professionals. We provide tools for session booking, schedule management, secure payments, and AI-powered business insights for Providers.
Synit acts as an intermediary facilitating connections between clients and Providers. We do not employ personal trainers directly and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Providers.
3. User Accounts
To use Synit, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Client accounts are available to anyone aged 18 or over. Provider accounts require verification of professional certifications and are granted by invitation only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
4. Payments & Fees
All payments on Synit are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours.
For Clients: You authorise Synit to charge your payment method for the full session cost at the time of booking.
For Providers: Synit retains a platform fee (currently 5% of the session cost) and transfers the remaining amount to your connected Stripe account. Providers must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payments.
Stripe's standard processing fees apply in addition to the platform fee. Payout schedules are determined by Stripe and typically occur on a rolling basis.
5. Refund & Dispute Policy
Clients may request a refund for sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
If a personal trainer fails to attend a confirmed session, the client receives a full refund.
Disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and resolved within 5 business days. To raise a dispute, contact us at hello@aisynit.tech.
6. Cancellation Policy
Sessions: Clients can cancel a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Personal trainers who cancel must provide at least 12 hours notice; clients always receive a full refund in this case.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.
Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting hello@aisynit.tech. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.
7. Promotional Terms
Synit is currently offering a free introductory period for personal trainers joining the platform. During this period, no platform fee is charged on sessions. Standard platform fees (5% of session cost) will apply after the promotional period ends.
Users will be notified at least 30 days before any fee changes take effect. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
8. Provider Responsibilities
Providers on Synit must hold valid professional certifications relevant to the fitness services they offer. Providers are responsible for:
- Maintaining up-to-date certifications and professional insurance
- Providing accurate information about their qualifications
- Delivering services safely and professionally
- Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Honouring confirmed bookings or providing timely notice of cancellation
Synit reserves the right to revoke Provider access if certifications expire, are found to be fraudulent, or if the Provider violates these terms.
9. Legal Restrictions
Synit is a fitness services marketplace with no physical goods exported. Services are available to users aged 18 and over. The platform operates in compliance with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where it is available.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
Synit does not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of services provided by Providers. Users engage with Providers at their own risk and should exercise appropriate judgement.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Synit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
